RETURNS POLICY

We are dedicated to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Should you have an issue or query about your order please follow one of the options below. If anything is not clear, please contact our friendly Customer Care team:

Refunds/Exchange if your Product is Faulty:

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are fully entitled to have your product replaced or refunded.

We can arrange this for you so please contact us with your Order Number and Date which is shown on your email order confirmation like this:

For Mini Firefighters we will advise you how to safely dispose of the product.

Wrong Product Delivered:

If you have ordered something online and received the wrong product, we apologise and will organise to send you the correct item as soon as possible and uplift the wrongly delivered item.

Product Damaged during Delivery:

If you believe your product has been damaged during delivery, please do not throw away the parcel or wrapping in which the product came as our carrier/courier will need to inspect it.
